Oct 5 Day 1 : arrival in Kathmandu and we will do preparation for the permit and you will take rest and buy some essential things for the trek.,

Oct 6 Day 02: Kathmandu – Arughat 600m, 7/8 hours by jeep

Oct 7 Day 03: Arughat – Lapubesi 882m. Approx. 4-6 hours walk.

Oct 8 Day 04: Lapubesi – Tatopani 990m, 6-7 hours walk

Oct 9 Day 05: Tatopani – Philim 1570m, 5-6 hours walk.

Oct 10 Day 06: Philim – Chhumling 2386m, 6-7 hours walk

Oct 11 Day 07: Chhumling – Chhekampar 3011m, 6-7 hours walk

Oct 12 Day 08: Chhekampar – Mu Gompa 3700, 7-8 hours walk.

Oct 13Day 09: Mugompa – Chhekampar via Rachen Goma, 6-7 hours walk

Oct 14Day 10: Chhekampar – Lokpa 2240m, approx. 5-7 hours walk.

Oct 15 Day 11: Lokpa – Bhi Phedi 1990m, approx. 5-6 hours.

Oct 16 Day 12: Bhi Phedi – Lhi 2920m, approx. 5-6 hours.

Oct 17 Day 13: Lhi – Sama Gaun, 3520m, approx. 6 hours walk.

Oct 18Day 14: Rest day, Hike to Birebdra Tal/Pungyen Gompa/ Manaslu Base camp

Oct 19 Day 15: Sama Gaun – Samdo 3780m, 3 hours walk

Oct 20 Day 16: Samdo – Larke Rest home/Dharmasaala 4460m 3-4 hours hike

Oct 21 Day 17: Larke Rest Homes – Bimtang 3750m, via Larkey Pass/5100m, 8-9 hours.

Oct 22 Day 18: Bimtang – Dharapani 1963, 6-7 hours walk

Oct 23 Day 19: Dharapani – Beshishar and connecting jeep to Kathmandu

Oct 24 Day 20 free day and day tour in Kathmandu

Oct 25th Day 21 departure
